About BizValue, Inc. of Bellevue

Bizvalue Inc. provides business valuations and related services throughout the Pacific Northwest from our office in Bellevue, Washington; just minutes from downtown Seattle. Our work is performed in compliance with the professional and ethical standards of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analyst (NACVA).

Keith Rogstad, CVA is the principal valuator for BizValue, Inc. His experience includes 15 years as the as the Senior Valuation Analyst at BEC Advisors Inc., a Bellevue based Merger & Acquisitions consulting firm.

Keith earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE 1976) from the University of Washington and a Masters in Business Administrations (MBA 1981) from Washington State University. During his tenure with BEC Advisors and BizValue, Inc., Keith has valued hundreds of private businesses for acquisition, taxes, and various legal purposes.

CVA & NACVA Certification

The National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts awards the CVA credential to business valuation professionals who have met the requirements for higher education, completed NACVA’s business valuation course, and have substantial experience working in the business valuation field. Ongoing Continuing Professional Education (CPE) is required of credentialed NACVA members.

The CVA is an approved qualification per the Small Business Administration’s Standard Operating Procedures [SOP 10 5 (C)] to perform business appraisal's for 7(a) loans.

NACVA'S CVA designation is the only valuation credential accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA).
