About BizValue

Bizvalue provides business valuations and related services throughout the Pacific Northwest from our office in Sammamish, Washington, The firm performs its work in compliance with the professional and ethical standards of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA).

Keith Rogstad is the principal valuator and owner of BizValue, Inc. He has over 26 years of experience in business valuation, including work with business brokerage and business valuation firms BEC Advisors LLC and Exit Equity LLC.

Keith earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) from the University of Washington and a Masters in Business Administrations (MBA) from Washington State University. He became a member of NACVA in 2006 and earned the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) designation. During his career, he has valued more than 600 privately held businesses. 

CVA & NACVA Certification

The National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts awards the CVA credential to business valuation professionals who have met the requirements for higher education, completed NACVA’s business valuation course, and have substantial experience working in the business valuation field. Ongoing Continuing Professional Education (CPE) is required of credentialed NACVA members.

The CVA is an approved qualification per the Small Business Administration’s Standard Operating Procedures [SOP 5010 8] to perform business appraisal's for 7(a) loans.
